Four One Five Flats in Charlotte, NC
Four One Five Flats is an apartment complex in Uptown, CLT. Previously called Uptown Court, the property was taken over by MyNiche Apartments and went through a total rebranding. I worked with MNA’s Senior Brand Manager on copy concept and direction and crafted all content for the property’s website. Four One Five Flats is in the Fourth Ward of Uptown, which is super walkable, and home to one of Charlotte’s only true neighborhood pubs. I proposed we lean into the whole “where everybody knows your name” concept, and got to work.

We wanted a place in the heart of the city, that was designed with intention. A place that feels like home, in one of Charlotte’s most walkable communities that perfectly bridges trendy and cozy. A place for those who romanticize sitcoms that revolve around a core group of friends that hangs at the neighborhood bar every night.
